CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. Bookings in June, July and August can only be made for complete weeks, i.e. Saturday to Saturday. If you would like extra days, telephone us the week before your holiday is due to begin and we will let you know if these are available.
2. Bookings outside June, July and August must be for at least three days.
3. The price for bookings of 1 week or more includes cleaning charge. Bookings of less than 1 week will incur an additional charge for cleaning £25
4. The chalet can accommodate a maximum of six people.
5. A DEPOSIT of £50.00 for each week of your holiday must be sent when you book. This is non-returnable.
6. The Balance is due for payment ONE MONTH PRIOR to the starting date of your holiday. A receipt will be sent. If you have to cancel after that date we will return the balance if we are able to re-let the chalet. You may wish to take out your own holiday insurance to cover this.
7. The chalet will be available at 4.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
8. Keys may be obtained from Reception up until 5.00 p.m.. If you will be arriving later than this please let us know and we will make arrangements to ensure you are able to obtain access to the chalet.
9. Payment must be made in GB Pounds either by cheque or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, details will be sent on request. If you wish to pay by cheque, please make this payable to Mrs A Tingey.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Would ALL persons entering Kingsdown Park Holiday Village, please sign in at
WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
reception clearly stating your Name, Address, Family members, Date and Time,
Vehicle registration and Contact numbers in case of an emergency.
Please repeat the above procedure when you
vacate the chalet and leave the premises.
Failure to adhere to the above request will invalidate
any insurance claims due to personal injury.
Please note after 5pm when the reception is closed the registration book will be
held in Ollies Bar. Alternatively please sign in the following morning without fail.
We will acknowledge your booking by e-mail, informing you of payment details at that time. A receipt for your deposit and for the final payment will be sent by post.
